Icon Buyout
We purchase your icon pack outright with a one-time payment. Once acquired, your icons become a permanent part of the Freeicon library. Pricing is discussed directly with you based on your pack's size and quality.
Subscription Earnings
Prefer ongoing income? Earn every time your icons are downloaded — one rate applies when a free user downloads the file, a higher rate applies when a premium user downloads it. Exact payout rates are shared with you directly.
Zero Hassle, Full Support
You send us the source files. We handle uploading, tagging, translations into 13 languages, SEO, global distribution, and a permanent dofollow backlink on your author profile.
We curate carefully. Only original, consistent icon packs make the cut.
- Minimum 20 icons per pack (the more, the better; full collections preferred)
- SVG source files only (CSV metadata is optional but appreciated)
- Consistent visual style within each pack (matching stroke, grid, corners, padding)
- 100% original artwork. No AI generated icons, no traced or copied work
- Full commercial and public license. You must own all rights and grant them to Freeicon
- Clean filenames in English (we handle translations into 13 languages)

Our team checks your portfolio for style, originality, and quality. We reply by email within 3 to 5 business days, either way.

Choose Your Plan
If your work qualifies, we'll walk you through both options: a one-time buyout offer, or ongoing subscription earnings based on downloads. All discussion happens over email.

Sign and Send Files
On agreement, we send a short contract. You sign and send us the source SVG files (and CSV metadata if you have it).

Get Paid
Once everything is uploaded and live on Freeicon, you get paid according to your plan — a lump sum for Buyout, or ongoing per-download earnings for Subscription — via Payoneer or bank transfer, plus a dofollow backlink on your published author profile.
